All customers who visit the Brisbane Business Hub in-person will be asked to:
– Sign-in upon arrival
– Sanitise upon arrival
– Social distance, where possible

We are committed to providing a safe environment for the Brisbane business community. As such, all events, mentoring sessions and general facilities have implemented COVID-19 safe practices aligned to the Queensland Government’s guidance.

The Brisbane Business Hub is open for operations and welcome the business community to drop-in to the space at Level 2, 155 Queen St CBD, or utilise our online support. We ask all customers to review our COVID-19 Safety Information (below) and adhere to all protocols listed.

BRISBANE BUSINESS HUB FACILITY COVID-19 INFORMATION

Standards and guidelines for COVID019 safe practise at the Brisbane Business Hub.

We have implemented procedures and standards to ensure the delivery of healthy, hygienic, and safe spaces for guests, members and teams at the Brisbane Business Hub, during COVID-19 restrictions.  

These operational guidelines will be updated as restrictions change.   

Maintaining a Healthy and Safe Workspace 

Designated and state approved floor signage stipulating 1.5m social distancing will be displayed at the entrance, lifts and within common areas.  

Hand sanitiser will be freely available in the building lobby and entry to the work floor and will be supported by state approved best practice signage.  

In addition to the regular cleaning regime, common area, high frequency traffic areas and touch points such as door handles, lift buttons, railings, tables, benches, kitchen, appliances, bathrooms and printing stations will be cleaned daily at 5:00pm by professional cleaners using hospital grade products and protective gloves.  

Sanitisation stations, allowing guests and members the ability to wipe areas and equipment before and after use, will be set up at the work floor entry, board rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas.  

Members will be asked to use a single desk throughout the course of each day to restrict contact with workspace facilities.   

Workspaces 
Members and staff must observe the social distancing regulations of 1.5m (4 square-metres per person) and adhere to the occupancy limits below. 
Boardroom A = 3 PAX max 
Boardroom B = 3 PAX max 
Meeting spaces, other than those listed above, temporarily have a reduced capacity and signage at the Brisbane Business Hub will outline these restrictions clearly.  
One of our team members will do a 9:00 AM and 12:00PM head count on the floor and ensure the current limit of 50 pax is enforced and will work with you to adjust spacing and move people to the dedicated desk areas if needed.
