Creating Pathways to Employment for Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Communities

In this workshop, we will explore opportunities to create pathways to employment and further education opportunities for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) migrants through grief and trauma coaching, professional skills development for employment, and career networking and mentorship. This discussion is open to all audiences.

By joining, you can expect to learn about the following:

  • Find their inner confidence, natural learning skills and desires to work
  • Learning to share the same value add with other friends and families
  • Form a comprehensive understanding of the health and wellbeing that requires attention to the economic and social issues affecting their lives
  • Health and wellbeing is not merely the absence of disease, but results from complex interactions between biological, psychological, social, economic and cultural factors
