Cultural Capability Training

Individual and team performance is enhanced when staff know their workplace is committed to building inclusion, and an organisation’s reputation is enriched if it reflects the diverse communities it serves.

Training participants will explore diversity through the lens of culture. Training will invite team members to reflect on their own culture and that of others, to raise awareness of the role diversity plays in cross-cultural communication and collaboration in workplace interactions. Participants will walk away with key takeaways and strategies they can immediately implement to build a more diverse and welcoming workforce and inclusive workplace.

Our workshops enable positive contact with our team of diverse facilitators who share stories of their lived experiences and our client’s deidentified journeys, thus training also provides an opportunity to reduce participants’ biases and assumptions and practice respectful curiosity.

By attending this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Develop skills and strategies for diversity and inclusion
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across cultures
  • Understand cultural diversity and respond appropriately to cultural needs
  • Demonstrate real cultural capability to build and maintain trust
