His business, Refine & Hone, provides corporate advisory, workshop facilitation, executive coaching and public speaking. With over 20 years experience in the engineering and resource sectors, he has held technical, management and leadership roles across multiple countries. He is a dual chartered engineer, a member of the WIEQ and regularly provides mentoring for emerging female leaders in technical industries.
