This workshop will take you through a 15 step process that will help you bring your idea together, consider its purpose, audience and objectives, and work through the critical decisions that form the event plan.
During the event you will:

- Explore how to bring crticial decision making into the event plan
- Take home a comprehensive workbook to apply these learnings to your event

About Sally Porteous, Director and Owner of The Event Planners Workshop, The Event Managers Network and Red Lanyard
Sally Porteous is Managing Director of event production company Red Lanyard, where she produces festivals, conferences, events and meetings. She is the creator of the Event Planners Workshop, a series of training, coaching and mentoring products to bridge the gap between accredited education and learn-by-doing. She also coordinates and facilitates The Event Managers Network, a membership that connects, supports and networks suppliers and event managers.
Sally’s own project is the EMN Collective, a three day conference that brings together, connects, trains and supports experienced event managers, one off planners and industry suppliers in a unique, vibrant and memorable event.
