We know that people are motivated when they are empowered. Hence, the success of the Manager as Coach approach. It increases engagement, improves retention, and higher performance. In a highly competitive market, using a coaching methodology is not just optional, it is needed.

This workshop is an introduction to using a coaching approach for those new to the concept and those that have been using coaching skills but need more clarity around processes.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Understand the general premises of coaching in the workplace and the impact of increased coaching capabilities
  • Understand easy-to-use coaching frameworks and tools managers can apply to their day-to-day work practices
  • Conducting meaningful coaching conversations
  • Understand how to introduce coaching culture into their workplaces
