Nicole has over 16 years’ experience working in the area of workplace mental health with a particular interest in psychological safety, employee support, injury management, and early intervention.

Robert has over 9 years of experience working in the HR/IR field as an adviser to SMEs in the printing and publishing, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business (Industrial Relations, Human Resources).
