Jane Shand is the General manager – People and Performance at National Storage. She is a highly successful HR leader with strong experience across strategic and operational HR. Jane applies commercial acumen with a focus on collaboration to determine and achieve successful performance outcomes for organisations. With fifteen years experience working in senior Human Resources positions in small, medium and large organisations, Jane also has extensive experience working with boards and putting HR on the boardroom agenda.
