About Ralph Vossenberg, Managing Partner, Executive Consulting Group

After creating a global customer management training organisation across 65 countries for a US-based company, Ralph founded a confidential consulting and executive coaching company in Belgium, where he was recognised for changing the fortunes of many companies and individuals.

Upon moving to Australia in 2012, Ralph worked as a consultant for a sales specialist organisation, where he further improved his skills in business and sales improvement. He started Executive Consulting Group in 2015 to help Australian companies implement the world’s best practice leadership and business development skills to improve the performance of their organisations.

Ralph has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Delft in The Netherlands and an Executive MBA from the European University in The Hague and Antwerp. He has worked as a senior executive for 20 years, including 15 years in B2B companies at Unilever.

His leadership has inspired executives and managers around the globe.
