Bob has been a management consultant for over 30 years, developing and implementing comprehensive business, workforce and HR solutions for several national and international organisations, including De La Rue Identity Systems, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Insurance Australia Group, IBM, Computer Science Corporation, Boral, Telstra, PwC, Commonwealth Bank, Westfield Holdings, GHD, PowerTel and Zurich Insurance.
His international consulting experience includes living in India and Bahrain and HR and business transformation assignments in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Nepal, India, South Korea, Macau, New Zealand and the islands of the South Pacific.
Bob was engaged by Ernst & Young to undertake a two-year assignment as the Special Advisor restructuring the Kingdom of Bahrain’s immigration organisation. He subsequently completed a contract with the Economic Development Board of Bahrain, working for the Crown Prince, as the team leader working with McKinsey and Co to restructure the Kingdom’s entire labour market and build the new organisations required to deliver the solution.
Bob now focuses on assisting businesses to develop their employment solutions and overcome their HR and organisational issues, whilst improving their internal people and business processes and procedures. He is a regular business mentor and chair with the Qld Govt’s Mentors for Growth (M4G) program.
Bob holds a Master of Science Degree in Defence Studies. He was a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a past Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a former Qld President and Federal Director of the Institute of Management Consultants.
