Cory is a highly regarded executive with an exceptional reputation in external relations. He has a personal contact network that crosses the political divide, connects to industry and engages with the community.
In his career, he has worked with major corporations, infrastructure companies, government agencies and professional bodies and is highly experienced in advising and working with leadership and management teams.
He has worked on a range of major city-shaping projects and, during his time at Brisbane Airport Corporation, played a central role in the statewide engagement and education program in the lead-up to the opening of Brisbane’s new runway.
Cory also understands the need for business leaders to be agile in a changing environment and be able to focus and respond quickly and appropriately to the issues of the day.
For nine years, Cory was a Director of Major Brisbane Festivals, was a Founding Director of BNE Enterprise, an organisation promoting business and Brisbane Airport and is a director of Early Thoughts Pty Ltd, a network of business leaders who have a passion for racing and sports.
He is a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
