Armed with a Bachelor of Business, specialising in Marketing, Hayley also holds 11 Diplomas, as well as numerous other certificates in diverse business disciplines. Her extensive experience is rooted in the vocational education sector, where she has adeptly designed and facilitated over 5,000 workshops, accumulating an impressive 40,000+ hours of facilitation. As a qualified business trainer and assessor, she brings a profound understanding of the sector, ensuring the delivery of impactful and effective educational programs.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Hayley possesses unique talents—proficiency in Australian Sign Language (AUSLAN), is a qualified Justice of the Peace, and a certified rescue scuba diver.
As the owner of a consultancy, Hayley specialises in Marketing, Education, and Strategy. Her executive leadership experience has enabled her to forge impactful partnerships across diverse sectors, navigate government contracts successfully, and ensure compliance with state and federal funding.
