As a design pioneer, Michael is focused on pushing the traditional boundaries of work. Business Models Inc is an award-winning international business, design, and innovation consultancy. As the managing director of Australia and New Zealand, Michael’s role is focused on strategy design and co-innovation.
He is experienced in venture design and new ways of organising to create, deliver and capture value. His work focuses on the tools of design; to shape new skills and mindsets for navigating uncertainty. He supports people in organisations of all sizes to think better, communicate more effectively and work faster – so their strategy can move as fast as their business.
As a producer, he recently led the design and delivery of Australia’s first Circular Economy Lab. The Circular Economy Lab follows his experience as a strategy designer for CHILL – Cisco’s Hyper Innovation Living Lab in 2017 – and his role in the design and delivery of Australia’s first Living Lab focused on the convergence of the aged care, health and disability sectors.
