A multi-award-winning Theatre Producer, Director and Actor, Simone de Haas has directed major musicals throughout Queensland, such as Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, CATS, West Side Story and Sound of Music, as well as more than 100 comedies and dramas, as Artistic Director of the independent professional theatre company, Mixed Company, which she helmed with her husband, Brad Ashwood.
An international speaker, Founder & CEO of Seasoned Voices and the Seasoned Voices Network™, Simone de Haas speaks internationally on The Theatre of Leadership, Conscious Communication & Business Storytelling. She is an experienced and in-demand Interviewer, a masterful communicator, and a highly sought-after inspirational and insightful Coach and Mentor, working with international speakers, thought-leaders, authors and experts to prepare keynotes, presentations and TEDx talks – both in person and virtually.
Simone has worked as a Lecturer at Griffith University (Qld Conservatorium) and Queensland University of Technology in Acting for Musical Theatre and Performance Studies and as Guest Director for the Opera Studio at the University of Southern Queensland.
