Motivated by a desire to ensure smaller businesses are more fairly represented in Government supply chains, he has fostered strategic collaborations with government entities, the SME sector, and major corporations.

His book, “Winning Government Business: The 6 Rules and 9 Absolutes,” serves as a comprehensive guide, a reflection of his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience acquired over nearly two decades.

In 2019, Thomas Pollock established Gov Ready, a pivotal institution dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of Queensland businesses. Gov Ready exists to offer essential support to businesses striving to fortify their positions, pursue government contracts, and win Government business

Dominique Lamb, QLD Small Business Commissioner

Dominique Lamb became the Small Business Commissioner in December 2022. With a strong background in industrial relations and employment law, she aims to improve the environment for small businesses in Queensland and reduce dispute resolution costs. Dominique has expanded the Small Business Friendly (SBF) Program to 49 Councils and established three new roundtables for industry and regional stakeholders. She is also committed to social causes, especially addressing domestic and family violence.
