Enhance Your Physical Health with Mindful Movement

As part of the Brisbane Business Hub Wellness Week, we are excited to invite you to join us on the rooftop for some physical activity, run by MBM4Life® Founder, Paola Kalaf.

This fun workout is open to all fitness levels and will explore the 4 pillars of mental health to help strengthen your body and mind. These 4 pillars are:

  • Physical Exercise
  • Mindfulness and Spirituality
  • Personal Growth
  • Gratitude and Connection

Through this session, Paola will show you how you can work to build your confidence and physical strength, maximise your mental health and be nourished through connections with like-minded people.

To participate in the session, please wear activewear and bring a water bottle.

About Paola Kalaf, Founder at MBM4Life®

I’m a Brazilian/Australian fitness coach, Mentor4LIFE and Physical Education Teacher PASSIONATE about people building HEALTHY CONNECTIONS and making our world a better place.

I am a qualified personal and group trainer with over 10 years of experience training all ages from children’s gymnastic classes to over 40’s workouts.

Throughout my life, I’ve had to deal with many challenges (we all do) and found that fitness alone is sometimes not enough. I discovered I wanted to find a way to alter peoples’ mental health for the better significantly. Over time, I developed my MBM program, a game-changing philosophy.

MBM Program has changed the lives of hundreds of clients in both work and personal environments.
